ARTWORK GUIDELINES

To help us process your order without delay, please make sure your logo is print-ready when you place
your order. The quality of your finished customised garment relies on the quality of your artwork so it’s
worth taking the time to ensure it meets our requirements.
Follow the guidelines below to ensure your artwork is suitable for print or embroidery.

File Types
We accept most file formats up to a maximum size of 50MB, including JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, TIF, TIFF,
SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PS and PSD. Where possible, vector artwork is preferred, as it provides the best
results for both printing and embroidery.

Artwork Resolution
For best results, please upload a high-resolution image of your logo or design. If we feel your artwork is
not suitable to produce a high-quality finish, we will contact you before production.

Proofing
An artwork proof will be emailed to you for approval before production begins on your customised
uniform or workwear order. If you are reordering using a previously approved design, a proof will not be
sent unless changes have been made.
