EMBROIDERED WORKWEAR & UNIFORMS

Embroidery is one of the most popular methods of applying a business logo, name or design to custom
embroidered workwear and uniforms. It creates a professional, durable, high-quality finish that withstands
regular wear and washing, making it ideal for corporate, hospitality and industrial garments. Personalised
embroidered workwear is a great way to establish or reinforce your brands identity, no matter what
industry you are in.
What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is the process of stitching a design, logo or text directly onto a garment using high-quality
threads. This results in a textured, durable finish that looks professional and built to last.
Benefits of Embroidered Uniforms & Workwear
Custom embroidery for branded workwear and embroidered uniforms is ideal for both simple & complex
designs, making it a reliable choice for businesses looking to showcase their brand in a professional and
consistent manner.
Professional Finish – Embroidery provides a clean, high-quality finish that helps your business, club or
organisation present a professional and consistent brand image. Many businesses choose to showcase their
branding on embroidered items such as polo shirts, fleece jackets, aprons and gilets.
Durable – Embroidered garments are extremely long-lasting, with high-quality threads stitched directly
into the fabric to ensure the design withstands regular wear and washing. This makes workwear
embroidery a great choice for the construction, hospitality, healthcare and sports industries.
High-Quality & Long Lasting – Branded garments need to withstand frequent wear and a variety of
work environments, and this is where embroidery really shines. Using high-quality threads and stitching
your logo or design directly into the garment ensures the embroidery lasts as long as the garment itself.

What Garments Can Be Embroidered?
Embroidery, including logo embroidery, is suitable for many types of fabrics and is a great choice for
branded clothing and workwear, including polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hi-visibility jackets, softshell
jackets, aprons, tunics, hats & caps. Thanks to it’s versatility, embroidery is an excellent choice for small

ensures precise and consistent printing across all garments.

colour at a time. Between each colour application, a heat lamp is used to cure the ink, ensuring it bonds
securely to the fabric before he next layer is applied. Once all colours have been printed, the garment goes
through a final drying process to make the design permanent and long lasting.
